Dufrane Technologies – established more than 30 years ago as BOMAG – offers a dedicated team with over 150 years of combined experience in designing, engineering, and manufacturing.
Josh earned a Bachelor’s of Applied Science degree in Construction Management from Wentworth University in Boston, MA. He also studied mechanical engineering at Metropolitan State College in Denver, CO. In addition to his educational accomplishment, he holds the following certifications:
- Massachusetts State Construction Supervisors License. (Unrestricted)
- Massachusetts HIC registered contractor
- OSHA 30 Hour Safety Certification
- Railworks Supervisory Leadership & Management Training
- Security awareness training
- BNSF,UPRR & Tacoma Rail safety training
- New Mexico General Builder’s License (GB 98)
- Virginia Class (A) Builders License(heavy highway, masonry)
Greg has been with Dufrane for over 40 Years. (Including when it was Bomag). He currently serves as our Engineering Manager but has held a multitude of positions during his decades-long tenure, including President, Sales Manager, Engineering Manager, and Electronics Division Manager. Greg lends his technical expertise to all new designs.
Greg holds a BS in Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering — UCONN Storrs/ MBA MBA UMASS Amherst
Jeff has been with Dufrane for over 24 Years. (Including when it was Bomag). He currently serves as our Manufacturing Engineering Manager but has held a multitude of positions during his dedicated tenure, including Production Manager and Manufacturing Engineer.
Jeff loves to work with customers in the development of new products to meet their requirements and insure manufacturability. He works as a liaison to connect our customers and their requirements with our production and quality teams.
Jeff holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Hartford State Technical College.
Tom joined Dufrane in 2020 bringing decades of experience in the manufacturing of custom coils, corrugated products, electrical grounding and bonding hardware for telecom.
As our GM of Operations, he manages around 90 operators where his passion for on-time delivery sets the standard.
Nate joined Dufrane in 2021 bringing 16 years of experience in machining experience of precision parts for Aerospace and Defense Industry.
Nate brings value to our manufacturing team by adding vertical integration capabilities to our projects.
Nate’s education includes a Drafting certificate from Oliver Wolcott Tech and Associates degree in CAD Engineering from Naugatuck Valley Community College.
Mike had been with Dufrane for 16 years, bearing responsibility for ISO Certifications. Mike’s experience includes being a Quality Manual Electrical Design Engineer at Superior Electric/Danaherr and a Leader of ISO 9001 Teams.
Mike holds an EE ME from the University of Hartford.
Tom has been with Dufrane for over two years and enjoys 25 years as a Business Development Professional in the Aerospace and Defense Industry as well as the transformers industry. Tom’s areas of expertise include Miller Heiman, Shipley, and LAUNCH.
Tom brings a “Team” approach to every customer working to create solutions – whether custom-designed prototype components or structuring long-term purchasing agreements.
Tara brings over 15 years of customer service and office management responsibilities to our Dufrane team. Tara embodies our commitment to building strong customer relationships, focusing on responsiveness, and being a strong customer advocate. All quotations, orders, acknowledgments, and delivery matters are handled by Tara on a daily basis.
