Dufrane Technologies – established more than 30 years ago as BOMAG – offers a dedicated team with over 150 years of combined experience in designing, engineering, and manufacturing.

Josh earned a Bachelor’s of Applied Science degree in Construction Management from Wentworth University in Boston, MA. He also studied mechanical engineering at Metropolitan State College in Denver, CO. In addition to his educational accomplishment, he holds the following certifications:

  • Massachusetts State Construction Supervisors License. (Unrestricted)
  • Massachusetts HIC registered contractor
  • OSHA 30 Hour Safety Certification
  • Railworks Supervisory Leadership & Management Training
  • Security awareness training
  • BNSF,UPRR & Tacoma Rail safety training
  • New Mexico General Builder’s License (GB 98)
  • Virginia Class (A) Builders License(heavy highway, masonry)

Jeff has been with Dufrane for over 24 Years. (Including when it was Bomag). He currently serves as our Manufacturing Engineering Manager but has held a multitude of positions during his dedicated tenure, including Production Manager and Manufacturing Engineer.

Jeff loves to work with customers in the development of new products to meet their requirements and insure manufacturability. He works as a liaison to connect our customers and their requirements with our production and quality teams.

Jeff holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Hartford State Technical College.

Douglas is a recent addition to Dufrane. He double majored in Electrical Engineering and Physics where he worked on research projects for advanced optical devices. Douglas specializes in electromagnetic design and testing.
